Two separate research layers
Long-term watchlist research evaluates the business thesis, balance-sheet and governance risks. The pre-market card is a separate short-horizon rules-based signal generated from completed daily candles. A short-term signal never overrides a filing-based thesis breaker.
Material company facts
- NSE/BSE regulatory filings and audited financial statements
- Company investor-relations disclosures
- Credit-rating agency rationales
- Market-data providers as secondary cross-checks
- News aggregators for discovery only
Automatic checks
Displayed market prices are reconciled against trading history when quote metadata is inconsistent. Affected valuation fields are suppressed rather than shown as confidently correct. Missing data is not silently treated as a positive signal.
Rules before a pick is published
The model uses completed daily candles only, a Nifty trend gate, liquidity/history filters, historical sample requirements, confidence bounds and expected-value filters. If no stock qualifies, the correct output is NO TRADE. Reference targets and stops are research parameters, not guaranteed outcomes.
How to interpret “stocks to buy today”, “intraday stocks” and “stock picks” searches
Search phrases such as stocks to buy today, intraday stocks today, best stock pick today, NSE stock screener and pre-market stock picks can imply certainty that does not exist. MyStocks uses those questions only as research entry points. A candidate must pass the published filters, and the system can deliberately return NO TRADE rather than manufacture a recommendation.
Long-term thesis breakers
- Promoter pledge, major unexplained promoter exit or repeated dilution.
- Qualified/adverse/disclaimer audit opinion or going-concern concern.
- Persistent operating-cash-flow deterioration while accounting profit remains positive.
- Material default, sharp credit deterioration or debt escalation without executable growth.
- Core-business change that invalidates the original investment thesis.

Important limitation
This is a personal research dashboard, not investment advice or a promise of returns. Market data can be delayed or incomplete, backtests can fail out of sample and micro-cap equities can lose most or all of their value. Verify material facts in official filings and make independent investment decisions.
